Return & Refund Policy

At Crown Collectables, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where products are faulty, damaged, not as described, or do not perform as expected.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect purchases
  • finding the product cheaper elsewhere
  • accidental orders
  • opened or unsealed products

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Trading Cards & Collectables

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectables:

  • all sales on single cards, sealed products, repacks, booster packs, boxes, tins, and mystery products are final unless required under Australian Consumer Law
  • we do not guarantee pull rates, card values, grading outcomes, or future market value
  • minor print lines, centering issues, edge wear, or manufacturer imperfections may occur and are not considered faults unless the product is significantly not as described

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns Process

Approved returns must be sent back in the condition received, including any original packaging where possible.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers once an order has been dispatched. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
